CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal service has been booked. A $20 late fee will be added if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes late. $ A $20 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your service. Appointment confirmations are required. If I do not receive a response by the requested confirmation deadline, your appointment may be canceled. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit can be moved to a different spot however it is no refundable. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. No children, guests, or pets are permitted at appointments. This policy helps maintain a safe, professional, and distraction-free environment for all clients. Please arrive alone unless prior approval has been given. Exceptions are rare and must be discussed before your appointment. Same-day appointment details, including the address, will only be sent after your appointment has been confirmed.
